FIRST ACTIVE HALF A YEAR FOR DCDN

We have crossed the first half of the year 2024 and that is a good time to balance our last five months that mark the start of our activity. Let's get into it;

We have launched this website and the first version of online radio. The visual side of things is much better and all our socials were updated into a cohesive form. I had to learn lots of stuff about video editing, we bought so much new equipment into the studio and mainly - we had to manage our own expectations of what is for now possible and what is not.

From an analytical standpoint our label did pretty well. As a very localized and beginning studio with limited resources, we have increased the number of subscribers on YouTube from 90 (April) to 143 (end of June). That only by word of mouth without any paid strategies. Since January, our viewership has increased by 1 580 %! We have released 13 new songs and a way to make music for 8 interpreters - of those 7 new - who have put so much energy into their work.

The new artists were:

• Nigh Scape
• Xuxa
• Hiddenplate
• Kreslič
• Chappo
• Pietro
• Masha

We would like to thank them for their will to enter like this into the unknown. These last few months we have kept working on our vision, style and overall quality. It would never be possible without these interprets and it means much more than words can say for us who have founded DCDN.

We want the second half of this year to bring even more progress toward what we consider a true modern label.

And what will the next six months bring? We will focus on finishing current projects while shifting to quality over quantity. Two new interprets are sure to enter the label! Also there will be news soon about cooperation with the band Purnama! Here are few key goals that are essential:

• entering Spotify and YouTube Music
• full membership on SoundCloud
• purchase of camera and stabilization device for video clips
• deepening visuals with interpret's logos

Now that the first phase is behind us - when the foundations are built - we believe that these steps are within our reach and when the year 2024 ends, DCDN will reach its potential as a fully fledged label with true reach to its audience.
